The company’s revenue declined from $1.049 million in fiscal 2025, while gross profit decreased to $217,000 from $475,000 and the net loss increased to $14.427 million from $13.850 million.
Astrotech reported operating expenses of $14.355 million compared with $15.209 million a year earlier, while cash and cash equivalents plus short-term investments totaled $11.3 million as of June 30, 2026, and stockholders’ equity was $16.172 million.
Astrotech develops technology platforms focused on chemical detection and analysis, including its TRACER 1000 system and gas chromatography products.
The company said its TRACER 1000 was deployed at approximately 37 locations across 16 countries as of June 30, 2026, while its Lunar Power and Light subsidiary began exploring potential lunar resource and infrastructure opportunities.
