ArrowMark Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:BANX) increased its return to shareholders after reporting another quarter of earnings that exceeded its payout obligations, declaring both a special distribution and its regular quarterly dividend.
The specialty finance company announced a $0.10 per-share special cash distribution, funded from excess income, alongside its regular fourth-quarter 2025 distribution of $0.45 per share.
The Q4 payout is scheduled for Jan. 5, 2026, to shareholders on record as of Dec. 26, 2025, while the special distribution will be paid on Jan. 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on Jan. 22, 2026.
ArrowMark reported third-quarter 2025 net income of $0.61 per share, surpassing its declared quarterly distribution and reinforcing what the company described as a four-year trend of consistently over-earning its payout rate.
The additional income position enabled the fund to declare the special distribution, reflecting continued operational strength and higher-than-anticipated earnings performance.
