Arrive AI (NASDAQ:ARAI), a company developing AI-powered autonomous vehicle and robotics solutions, announced its first-quarter 2026 financial results and provided an operational update.
Revenue for the quarter totaled approximately $14,925, entirely from recurring subscription sources.
The net loss widened to approximately $6.4 million from $2 million in the first quarter of 2025.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at about $5.7 million, with an additional $2.8 million in short-term investments.
Operating cash outflow was roughly $3 million during the period.
Operationally, Arrive AI expanded its manufacturing capabilities through a new partnership with AP3 in India.
The company continued advancing its APX platform and Arrive OS, internalized its software development efforts, and grew its U.S. patent portfolio to 10 issued patents.
It also prepared a digital demonstration site in Texas.
Additionally, the company has a standstill agreement with Streeterville Capital that limits Purchase Notices through December 31, 2026, subject to a share-price condition.
Management believes this arrangement may help reduce share price volatility while maintaining capital flexibility.
