Arqit Quantum (NASDAQ:ARQQ) expects preliminary unaudited fiscal 2026 revenue of $975,000–$1.0 million for the year ended September 30, compared with $530,000 in fiscal 2025.

Second-half revenue is expected at approximately $355,000–$380,000, down from $463,000 a year earlier after Arqit ceased recognizing revenue from a material Middle East customer contract.

Fiscal-year growth included contributions from earlier agreements and seven new contracts signed during the year.

Arqit signed three Encryption Intelligence contracts during the second half, renewed or expanded two other agreements and reported approximately $51 million in cash and cash equivalents at September 30.

The company said preliminary figures remain subject to potentially material adjustments and expects to report complete fiscal 2026 results in December; following the announcement, the Arqit share price reaction was not provided in the source text.

On October 6, Arqit signed a NATO secure networking contract through a winning consortium, with an initial one-year term and two optional annual renewals.

The latest contract activity expands Arqit’s commercial and government customer base while the company continues developing its quantum-safe encryption and secure networking business.
