Arcos Dorados revenue surpasses $1 billion in Q2

Arcos Dorados (NYSE:ARCO) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.3 billion, up 14.3% year over year in U.S. dollars, marking the company’s highest quarterly revenue result.

Systemwide comparable sales increased 15.3% during the quarter, supported by higher guest volume, while consolidated adjusted EBITDA reached $126.8 million, up 15.2% from the prior-year period.

The company reported an adjusted EBITDA margin of 9.7%, with lower food and paper costs supporting margin expansion of 10 basis points, or 70 basis points when excluding gains from transactions with a sub-franchisee in Q2 2025.

Net income increased to a second-quarter record of $45 million, or $0.22 per share, compared with $0.11 per share a year earlier, while consolidated net income margin expanded 150 basis points to 3.4%.

Arcos Dorados operates McDonald’s restaurants across Latin America and the Caribbean and is the largest independent McDonald’s franchisee globally by restaurant footprint.

The company reported adjusted free cash flow of $143.4 million over the last twelve months, compared with $16.1 million in the prior-year comparable period, reflecting improved cash generation.
