
ArcBest unveils Q2 revenue of $1.2 billion

ArcBest (NASDAQ:ARCB) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $1.2 billion, up from $1 billion in the prior-year period, while net income declined to a loss of $13.8 million.
The company’s GAAP results compared with net income of $25.8 million in Q2 2025, while non-GAAP net income increased to $53.6 million from $31.2 million.
The company’s asset-based segment generated revenue of $783.7 million, up 9.9% per day, with tonnage per day increasing 4.9%, shipments per day declining 2.8%, and billed revenue per shipment rising 12.5%.
Following the announcement, ArcBest's share price was unchanged at $74.80.
ArcBest’s asset-based segment reported operating income of $74.3 million and an operating ratio of 90.5%, compared with $51 million and 92.8% in the prior-year quarter.
On a non-GAAP basis, ArcBest reported operating income of $72.3 million and an operating ratio of 90.8%, excluding impairment and restructuring charges related to its July 16, 2026 restructuring plan.
