The company reported GAAP gross margin of 50.3%, operating income of $3.08 billion with a 33.7% margin, and GAAP earnings per share of $3.17, up 43% from the prior-year period.
Non-GAAP earnings per share reached a record $3.50, up 41%, with non-GAAP operating margin of 34.0%, while Semiconductor Systems revenue reached $7.04 billion with a 37.7% operating margin.
Applied Materials generated record operating cash flow of $3.04 billion and non-GAAP free cash flow of $2.33 billion, up 14%, while returning $860 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.
The company supplies semiconductor manufacturing equipment and services used in the production of chips, memory devices, and advanced packaging technologies.
Looking ahead, the company issued fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 guidance for revenue of $10.25 billion plus or minus $0.5 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $4.02 plus or minus $0.20, while also highlighting new semiconductor systems, expanded EPIC Center partnerships, a $500 million Singapore campus, and technology development agreements.
