Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE:AIT) reported fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter sales of $1.4 billion and full-year sales of $5 billion, with both periods showing year-over-year growth.

Fourth-quarter sales increased 10.4% year over year, including 9.7% organic growth, while net income reached $118.6 million, or $3.17 per share, and EBITDA increased 16.1% to $177.6 million.

The company’s Engineered Solutions segment sales increased 12.9% organically in the fourth quarter, while Service Center segment sales increased 7.9%, with quarterly operating income reaching $159.3 million.

For fiscal 2026, Applied Industrial Technologies reported operating income of $549.5 million, net income of $414.5 million, or $10.95 per share, and EBITDA of $618.2 million, up 10% year over year.

Applied Industrial Technologies distributes industrial products and provides technical solutions covering motion, fluid power, flow control, automation technologies, and maintenance supplies.
