The company posted a $154 million net loss, driven mainly by share-based compensation and transaction expenses associated with its June 2026 initial public offering.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 38.5% year-over-year to a record $36.4 million, reflecting higher revenue despite the IPO-related costs that weighed on GAAP earnings.
Applied completed a $683 million IPO through the sale of approximately 34.2 million primary shares at $20 each, generating about $635.6 million in net primary proceeds after fees and expenses.
Applied entered the public market in June 2026 as a supplier of aerospace and defense hardware, with products used across spacecraft, aircraft and defense systems.
The company reported $498.8 million of revenue in 2025, up 24.8% from 2024, while its expanding backlog provides contracted work across multiple space and defense programs.
