Torsten Slok, chief economist at Apollo, expects Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh to deliver "framework guidance" instead of forward guidance and have a "hawkish flavor" to his economic outlook during his speech on Friday at the Jackson Hole Economic Symposium.
