API CEO Says Higher Oil Prices Will Spur Production Investments

American Petroleum Institute President and CEO Mike Sommers says higher energy prices now mean investments in future production. Speaking on "Balance of Power," Sommers also says the US should be building more refineries and permitting reform should be a priority for lawmakers.
