Analog Devices (NASDAQ:ADI) reported record fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of $4.02 billion, up 40% year over year, with growth led by Data Center and Industrial markets.

The company’s revenue growth followed increased demand across its business segments, while adjusted diluted EPS rose to $3.45 from the prior-year period and exceeded the GAAP diluted EPS increase of 163%.

Analog Devices reported GAAP gross margin of 67.3% and operating margin of 40.1%, while adjusted gross margin reached 72.5% and adjusted operating margin was 50%, with trailing twelve-month operating cash flow of $5.5 billion and free cash flow of $4.9 billion.

Analog Devices expects fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $4.3 billion ± $0.1 billion, reported operating margin of about 42.6%, adjusted operating margin of about 52%, reported EPS of $3.14 ± $0.15 and adjusted EPS of $3.86 ± $0.15.

The company returned $1.7 billion to shareholders during the third quarter and $5.2 billion over the trailing twelve months through dividends and share repurchases.

Analog Devices also declared a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share, payable on September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 1, 2026.
