
Wallingford, Connecticut-based Amphenol (NYSE:APH), a leading manufacturer of interconnect products including fiber-optic solutions, reported stronger-than-expected results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025.
Fourth-quarter net income was $1.2 billion, or 93 cents per share on a GAAP basis.
When adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions and pretax expenses, earnings were 97 cents per share, topping the average analyst estimate of 93 cents compiled by Zacks Investment Research.
Revenue reached $6.44 billion, exceeding the consensus forecast of $6.12 billion.
For the full year, the company reported profit of $4.27 billion, or $3.34 per share, on revenue of $23.09 billion.
Looking ahead, Amphenol guided for first-quarter earnings per share in the range of 91 cents to 93 cents and revenue of $6.9 billion to $7 billion.
