AMC Robotics (NASDAQ:AMCI) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $937,000, down from $1.4 million, while gross profit increased to $751,000.
The revenue decline reflected lower product sales, partly offset by 54% growth in recurring AI and cloud revenue-sharing arrangements with related-party Kami Vision.
Gross margin increased to 80% from 19%, operating loss narrowed to $157,000 and net loss improved to $176,000, or $0.01 per share.
AMC Robotics said initial NovaArm production remains targeted for H2 2026.
Following the announcement, AMC Robotics' share price was up 7.6% at $5.12.
AMC Robotics ended June with $4.5 million in cash and plans approximately $3.5 million of buildout and equipment spending for its 6,150-square-meter Bắc Ninh facility.
The company also invested $1 million in Etronium AI through two SAFEs and is working with Sunward Logistics USA ahead of NovaArm’s planned commercial deployment.
