Ambiq posts 90% sales growth to $33.9 million

Ambiq Micro (NYSE:AMBQ) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $33.9 million, up 89.7% year over year as edge AI demand increased.

Sales rose from $17.9 million a year earlier and exceeded Ambiq’s previous Q2 guidance range of $31–$32 million.

GAAP gross margin reached 45%, net loss narrowed to $7.1 million, and Ambiq expects Q3 sales of $36–$37 million.

Following the announcement, Ambiq's share price was down about 5.4% at $63.92 in the latest premarket trade.

Ambiq raised approximately $168 million through a June public offering and ended the quarter with $366.8 million in cash and equivalents.

The company also launched heliaCORE, compressionKIT and heliaPROFILER while announcing a Singapore Exchange Main Board dual listing under ticker AMQ.
