Amber International Holding (NASDAQ:AMBR) reported unaudited second quarter 2026 revenue of US$13.9 million, up 38.8% from the previous quarter, as the company returned to positive operating income and net profit.

The revenue increase was supported by agentic revenue of US$7.4 million and Digital Assets Platform Revenue of US$6.6 million, with the company reporting higher activity across its AI and financial technology businesses.

Amber International reported gross margin of 79.5%, adjusted EBITDA of US$1.9 million, and net income from continuing operations of US$1.5 million, equal to US$0.02 per diluted ADS.

The company’s operating expenses remained around US$10 million, while management withdrew previous financial guidance as it transitions toward a new strategic focus centered on specialized AI agents.

Amber International stated that it plans to provide additional details on its AI agent portfolio and updated financial framework at an Investor Day expected before year-end, while its US$50 million ADS repurchase program had US$44.2 million remaining capacity as of June 30, 2026.

The company’s AI products include Ambre, focused on personal finance, and MIA, focused on marketing applications, alongside its digital asset platform and wealth management solutions.
