Alumis (NASDAQ:ALMS) reported new Phase 3 ONWARD results for envudeucitinib showing 54% of patients achieved complete skin clearance at Week 48.
Across the program, more than 80% maintained clear or almost clear scalp skin and nearly 80% sustained clinically meaningful reductions in itch through Week 48.
In ONWARD1 and ONWARD2, approximately one-third of patients achieved clinically meaningful itch reduction by Week 2, while about 40% reached complete itch resolution by Week 16.
Approximately 50% of patients reported minimal or no psoriasis impact on daily activities by Week 12, and Alumis said more than 70% maintained that outcome in ONWARD3 at Week 48.
Patients switching from placebo or apremilast achieved responses comparable with patients receiving continuous envudeucitinib treatment by Week 48, while no new safety signals emerged with longer ONWARD3 exposure.
Alumis said the ONWARD program is evaluating envudeucitinib in moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis across skin clearance, scalp involvement, itch and patient-reported quality-of-life measures.
The company said it remains on track to submit a new drug application for envudeucitinib in moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis during the fourth quarter of 2026.
