Altria appoints Steven Presley to board

Altria Group (NYSE:MO) appointed Steven W. Presley to its Board of Directors effective August 27, 2026, adding a director with experience in food and beverage operations.

The appointment expands Altria’s board with Presley’s background in consumer products, including leadership roles at Refresco Benelux and Nestlé S.A.

Presley has served as Chief Executive Officer of Refresco Benelux B.V. since August 2025 and previously served as Executive Vice President and CEO Zone Americas and CEO Zone North America at Nestlé S.A.

During his career at Nestlé USA, Presley held several senior positions after joining the company in 1997, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer roles.

Altria Group said Presley will serve on the Board’s Compensation and Talent Development, Innovation, and Finance Committees as part of his director responsibilities.
