Alpha Compute signs $81.7 million GPU contract

Alpha Compute (NASDAQ:ALP) announced that it entered into a binding GPU compute services agreement on October 9, 2026, for its first contracted U.S. GPU cluster.

The four-year contract covers the Missouri-based ALPHA-03 cluster, which includes 576 NVIDIA B300 GPUs and 16 hot spare GPUs designed to maintain service availability.

The initial 48-month contract period is expected to begin following delivery of the cluster, targeted for early first quarter 2027.

The agreement includes annual recurring revenue of $20.183 million, with total contract value of approximately $81.7 million over the full term.

Advance payments under the agreement are listed at $21.183 million.

Payment terms require 20% of the contract value at signing and an additional 5% upon delivery.

The customer has already paid a $1 million booking deposit.

Alpha Compute said the project is supported by a signed data center agreement providing 1.3 megawatts of liquid-cooled capacity.

The company plans to fund the deployment through customer advances and asset-level, non-recourse GPU financing.
