AllianceBernstein Holding (NYSE:AB) reported second-quarter 2026 GAAP net revenues of $1.17 billion, up 7.5% year over year, with GAAP net income of $0.77 per unit.
GAAP operating income increased 30.2% to $289 million and operating margin improved to 23.2%, while adjusted net income reached $0.82 per unit.
AllianceBernstein said growth in assets under management and positive net inflows supported its quarterly operating performance.
Adjusted net revenues rose 5.1% to $887.5 million, adjusted operating income increased 7.3% to $293.0 million and adjusted operating margin reached 33.0%.
Assets under management increased 9.2% year over year to a record $905.5 billion, with total net inflows of $0.8 billion across distribution channels.

The firm declared a cash distribution of $0.82 per unit, up 7.9% from the prior year and payable on August 27, 2026, to unitholders of record on August 12, 2026, while repurchasing or retaining 0.6 million units for $19.9 million during the quarter.
