AirSculpt Technologies (NASDAQ:AIRS) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $42.9 million, down 3%, while case volume declined 0.5% to 3,376 procedures and adjusted EBITDA fell to $4.9 million.
Revenue decreased from $44.2 million a year earlier as the company recorded lower sales despite same-center cases increasing 1.0% during the quarter.
AirSculpt reported a net loss of $1.1 million compared with a $0.6 million loss in Q2 2025, while its adjusted EBITDA margin declined to 11.5% from 13.1% a year earlier.
The company ended June with $18.8 million in cash and $44.2 million in gross debt, representing a reduction of about $30 million in gross debt since early 2025.
AirSculpt said its partnership with AlloClae is expected to expand its injectable adipose matrix offering, while same-center sales remained approximately flat during the quarter.
For full-year 2026, AirSculpt maintained revenue guidance at the lower end of its $151 million–$157 million range and lowered adjusted EBITDA guidance to $12 million–$14 million.
