  • Aduro increased its cash balance to C$65.752 million and advanced engineering preparations with Saipem for its proposed first-of-a-kind plant at Chemelot in the Netherlands.

Aduro Clean Technologies (NASDAQ:ADUR) reported C$1.202 million in quarterly income for the period ended August 31, 2026, compared with a C$6.325 million loss a year earlier.

The improvement largely reflected a C$4.240 million non-cash gain from revaluing a derivative liability and lower share-based compensation, while revenue declined from C$44,500 to zero.

Adjusted EBITDA losses widened to C$2.735 million from C$2.254 million, indicating that the reported accounting improvement did not translate into stronger adjusted operating performance.

Cash increased to C$65.752 million from C$38.298 million at May 31, supported by approximately C$28.9 million in net financing proceeds raised through public and private offerings.

Aduro said its funding supports pilot operations and planned industrial development.

The company develops Hydrochemolytic technology for processing waste plastics, renewable oils and heavy petroleum materials, with its pilot plant supporting technology testing and future commercialization efforts.

Aduro selected Saipem in August 2026 for early engineering and procurement support at its planned Chemelot facility, with further work conditional on project evaluation and definitive agreements.
