ADM (NYSE:ADM) reported $908 million in net earnings for the second quarter of 2026, driven by higher margins in its crushing and ethanol operations.
This result allowed the agricultural business to capitalize on recently finalized renewable volume obligations under the U.S. Renewable Fuel Standard.
The company stated it expects to continue capitalizing on this margin environment and increased its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $5.15 to $5.60.
Management plans to maintain capital expenditures in the range of $1.3 billion to $1.5 billion.
The updated financial outlook reflects anticipated year-over-year earnings improvements supported by global trade dynamics and elevated energy prices.
The business also noted continued operational progress within its nutrition segment, specifically led by its flavors division.
