ADC Therapeutics SA (NYSE:ADCT) said it has completed enrollment in the LOTIS-7 Phase 1b clinical trial evaluating ZYNLONTA in combination with glofitamab for patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
The study enrolled 100 patients across 30 clinical sites and is evaluating a 150 µg/kg dose of ZYNLONTA in combination with glofitamab.
ADC Therapeutics said the trial is designed to assess safety and early efficacy signals for the combination therapy in heavily pretreated lymphoma patients.
The company said full study data are expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
ADC Therapeutics said ZYNLONTA remains a key asset in its oncology pipeline focused on CD19-targeted antibody-drug conjugate therapies.
The company also said combination approaches such as LOTIS-7 are aimed at improving outcomes in difficult-to-treat lymphoma settings.
