
Acuity Q3 sales reach $1.2 billion

Acuity (NYSE:AYI) reported fiscal 2026 third-quarter net sales of $1.2 billion, up about 2% from a year earlier, as operating profit rose 38% to $193.3 million.
The result compared with fiscal 2025 third-quarter net sales of about $1.2 billion, while diluted EPS increased 46% to $4.56.
Adjusted operating profit was $223.5 million, equal to an 18.7% adjusted operating margin, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 4% to $5.31.
Acuity said AIS segment sales grew 15% and operating profit increased 106%, while ABL segment sales declined 2%.
Following the announcement, Acuity's share price was up at $305.51.
Acuity said year-to-date operating cash flow reached $520.2 million, and the company repurchased 766,000 shares for $230 million.
Acuity’s latest quarter showed growth in its intelligent spaces business and weaker sales in lighting, keeping the company’s segment mix in focus.
