ACM Research Q2 revenue jumps 36% to $292.9 million

ACM Research (NASDAQ:ACMR) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $292.9 million, up 36%, while total shipments increased 36.4% to $281.5 million.

Revenue increased from $215.4 million a year earlier, while GAAP gross margin declined to 46% from 48.5% but remained within ACM’s long-term 42%–48% target range.

GAAP operating income increased to $49.7 million from $31.7 million, while non-GAAP net income attributable to ACM Research rose to $44.5 million from $37.3 million.

GAAP net income attributable to ACM Research reached $89 million, supported by a $69.6 million unrealized investment gain, while diluted EPS rose to $1.23 from $0.44.

Following the announcement, ACM Research's share price was up 0.58% at $79.44 in the latest available premarket quote.

ACM ended June with $1.36 billion in cash, restricted cash and short-term time deposits and about $1 billion in net cash as it continued expanding its semiconductor equipment portfolio.

The company raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $1.125–$1.175 billion and recently reported new Ultra ECP ap-p panel-plating orders alongside expanded applications for its Ultra C Tahoe platform.
