The acquisition adds roughly $100 million in annual revenue and expands the firm's overall technology peripherals portfolio.
With the addition of the European brand, the company stated its pro forma annual technology sales now reach $500 million.
The transaction is expected to generate $5 to $8 million in cost synergies while remaining modestly accretive to earnings per share in the first year.
The company noted the integration adds significant European and Latin American market scale, complementing its existing Kensington, PowerA, and EPOS brands.
