Accenture to acquire McCoy to expand SAP services

• Accenture (NYSE:ACN) agreed to acquire McCoy, a Dutch SAP transformation partner serving mid-market companies.
• The acquisition will add more than 380 SAP specialists to Accenture Edge, its mid-market business.
• The deal expands Accenture’s SAP modernization and AI transformation capabilities across Europe.

Accenture (NYSE:ACN) agreed to acquire McCoy, a Netherlands-based SAP transformation consultancy, to expand its Accenture Edge business and strengthen support for mid-market companies adopting SAP and artificial intelligence solutions.

Founded in 2012, McCoy provides SAP services including enterprise resource planning, data solutions, managed services, and enterprise integration, with operations in the Netherlands, Spain, and the Philippines.

McCoy will bring more than 380 specialized professionals to Accenture Edge, along with proprietary tools including SmartERP, Smart Extensions, Smart Re-use, and McCoy Integration Studio designed to support SAP transformation projects.

The transaction is expected to expand Accenture Edge’s SAP capabilities in the Netherlands and contribute to offerings such as Advance, a joint initiative with SAP that provides packaged services for mid-market organizations.

Accenture provides technology, consulting, and outsourcing services globally, while McCoy’s acquisition will add SAP expertise and regional delivery capabilities to its mid-market operations.

The acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals, and financial terms were not disclosed.
