AC Immune (NASDAQ:ACIU) reported 12-month interim data from the Phase 1b/2 ABATE trial of ACI-24 in 74 patients with prodromal Alzheimer’s disease across cohorts AD1-AD3.

According to the company, ACI-24 has been generally safe and well tolerated, with no ARIA-E observed.

The vaccine candidate showed anti-Aβ antibody responses at all dose levels, with evidence of a dose response.
