ABM (NYSE:ABM) reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.32 billion, up 4.2% year over year, with net income rising to $49.7 million from $41.8 million in the prior-year period.

The company reported organic revenue growth of 2.1%, led by Manufacturing & Distribution revenue growth of 18% and Aviation growth of 12%, while Business & Industry revenue declined 2.6%.

Adjusted net income increased 19% to $61.5 million, or $1.04 per diluted share, while adjusted EBITDA rose 11% to $139.6 million, with ATS revenue increasing 4% but affected by project deferrals.

ABM generated $146.8 million in operating cash flow and $128.4 million in free cash flow during Q3, while first-nine-month operating cash flow reached $275 million and free cash flow reached $199.6 million.
