51Talk Online Education Group (NYSE:COE) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of $32.4 million, up 58.8% year-over-year, while active students with attended lesson consumption increased to about 138,100.
The company’s gross billings reached $39.3 million, up 38.1% year-over-year, while gross profit increased to $23.9 million with a gross margin of 73.9% compared with 74.5% in the prior-year period.
Operating expenses increased 41.8% to $26 million, mainly due to higher sales and marketing expenses, resulting in an operating loss of $2.1 million and a net loss attributable to shareholders of $3.1 million.
51Talk reported $4.9 million in operating cash inflow and held $40.1 million in cash, cash equivalents, and time deposits, while guiding third-quarter 2026 gross billings of $41 million to $43 million.
51Talk provides online education services, including English language learning programs delivered through digital platforms for students across multiple markets.
The company also launched its AI-driven Global Communicator product in collaboration with Oxford University Press as part of its education technology offerings.
