Valour Inc. has secured approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority to expand its product offering to retail investors.
The approval allows Valour to list bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) and ethereum (CRYPTO:ETH) staking exchange-traded products on the London Stock Exchange.
The products were made available to UK retail investors starting 26 January 2026, according to the company.
Valour operates as a subsidiary of DeFi Technologies, a Toronto-based digital asset investment firm.
The newly launched products include 1Valour Bitcoin Physical Staking and 1Valour Ethereum Physical Staking ETPs.
These exchange-traded products are physically backed by the underlying crypto assets rather than derivatives.
The ETPs also incorporate staking features that generate yield alongside market price exposure.
UK retail investors can access the products through traditional brokerage and investment platforms.
The listings extend Valour’s existing presence on the London Stock Exchange, which previously focused on professional investors.
The move reflects growing demand for regulated digital asset exposure within established financial markets.
