US President Donald Trump said the United States could end its military campaign in Iran within two to three weeks, citing progress toward eliminating Tehran’s nuclear capabilities.

Trump told reporters at the White House that the operation had largely achieved its objective, adding there was “no reason for us to do this” beyond finishing remaining targets.

“I had one goal: They will have no nuclear weapons, and that goal has been attained,”
