Trump Media drops Truth Predict plans
- Trump Media has dropped plans to build Truth Predict into Truth Social.
- Crypto.com will instead promote its existing prediction products to Truth Social users.

Trump Media & Technology Group has dropped Truth Predict plans and will market Crypto.com’s prediction products instead.
Truth Predict was announced in October 2025, with contracts planned across elections, inflation, rates, commodities and sports.
“We wanted to get focused, and the prediction markets business is already a pretty crowded space with established companies,” said interim CEO Kevin McGurn.
Crypto.com’s products will reach Truth Social users through a marketing agreement, while Trump Media may consider other providers.
Trump Media said it wants to focus resources on its media business and proposed TAE Technologies merger, while DJT closed up 2.84% at $9.77 on August 27.
The company originally planned to embed prediction markets into Truth Social through Crypto.com’s derivatives business.
Trump Media is also shifting away from operating prediction-market infrastructure as it focuses on its media and technology businesses.
