“Theo said the investment makes it the first crypto-native platform to allocate capital to the asset manager's tokenised fund.”

Theo said FILQ is a Moody's Aaa-mf-rated tokenised US dollar liquidity fund that invests in diversified short-term money market instruments, while Chainlink (CRYPTO:LINK) provides onchain net asset value data and JPMorgan Chase approves the daily NAV information.

Theo said its products have processed more than US$1 billion in cumulative trading volume across 80,000 users in more than 60 countries, and as the company is privately held there was no share price reaction to report.

According to RWA.xyz, FILQ manages about US$55.1 million in onchain assets, meaning Theo's allocation represents a significant share of the fund, while the tokenised Treasury market has expanded from about US$6.9 billion in June 2025 to approximately US$14.6 billion in June 2026.

Traditional asset managers have continued expanding tokenised fund offerings, with JPMorgan Chase launching a tokenised government money market fund and Franklin Resources broadening institutional access to its BENJI tokenised money market fund through MoonPay.
