Strive acquired 759 Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) for approximately US$50 million between June 15 and June 21, increasing its total holdings to 19,864 BTC.

The purchase represented a significant increase from the company's previous two weekly acquisitions of 32 BTC and 73 BTC, which together totalled about US$6.8 million.

According to a Form 8-K filing, Strive purchased the Bitcoin at an average price of approximately US$65,850 per coin, including fees and expenses.

The acquisition exceeded the 520 Bitcoin purchased by Strategy during a similar period, despite Strategy remaining the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder with 847,363 BTC.

Strive's latest purchase extended its Bitcoin accumulation strategy following its January 2026 merger with Semler Scientific, and following the announcement the Strive share price was unavailable.

The company also reported cash and cash equivalents of US$144.5 million and maintained ownership of 505,000 shares of Strategy's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock, valued at approximately US$44.7 million.

Strive said capital raised through its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock programme and other equity offerings is directed toward additional Bitcoin purchases as part of its previously announced US$4.2 billion capital deployment plan.

At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $62,831.09.
