Strategy Inc (NASDAQ:MSTR) bought 1,665 Bitcoin (BTC) for $142.7 million last week.
The purchase lifted Strategy’s Bitcoin holdings to 847,666 coins, acquired for $63.95 billion.
The company funded the purchase with $142.7 million from MSTR share sales.
Strategy sold 1,469,165 MSTR shares, generating $246.2 million in net proceeds.
The Bitcoin purchase carried an average price of $85,681 per coin, including fees.
Strategy also repurchased 1,534,530 STRC shares for $151.7 million during the week.
Its USD Reserve stood at $5.02 billion, while USD Cash totalled $1 billion.
Following the announcement, Strategy shares were down 1.86% at $158.61.
