Strategy added 3,273 Bitcoin for $255 million between April 20 and 26, continuing its aggressive accumulation strategy as prices held above $77,000.

The purchase was made at an average price of $77,906 per BTC, lifting Strategy’s total holdings to 818,334 BTC with a total acquisition cost of about $61.8 billion.

According to the company’s filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the acquisition was funded through the sale of 1.45 million Class A shares rather than its STRC preferred security.

The move follows a much larger 34,164 BTC purchase the previous week, marking continued high-volume accumulation amid strong market conditions.

Strategy’s Bitcoin holdings are now valued at roughly $63.6 billion, placing it ahead of BlackRock in total BTC exposure, and following the announcement its share price was unchanged at $0.00.

The company has acquired 144,551 BTC so far this year, averaging more than 36,000 BTC per month as it scales its treasury strategy.

Investors tracking the firm suggest it could accumulate up to 1.2 million BTC by the end of 2026, reinforcing its position as the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin.

At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $76,902.85.
