  • StoneX raised its price target for Strive, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASST) to $43 from $32, maintaining a Buy rating.
  • Analyst Mark Palmer cited Strive’s use of two preferred share instruments to serve different income-focused investors.
  • The revised target reflects StoneX’s assessment of Strive’s Bitcoin treasury strategy and its preferred share structure.

StoneX has increased its price target for Strive, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASST) by 34%, from $32 to $43, while maintaining its Buy rating.

The revision followed Strive’s $630 million initial public offering of seven million SATS preferred shares on 20 October.

“Taken together, we view the two events as a clean reset of the company's capital structure that underlines its durable, all-preferred bitcoin treasury model,” StoneX Senior Equity Research Analyst Mark Palmer said in a statement.

Palmer’s revised target reflects his assessment of Strive’s ability to fund Bitcoin purchases through preferred shares rather than issuing additional ordinary shares.

Palmer said Strive had financed acquisitions entirely through preferred shares, “with its SATA preferreds doing the heavy lifting.”

Strive also purchased 6,182 Bitcoin (BTC) between 17 and 23 October, bringing its total holdings to 43,000 BTC.

The company ranked fourth among publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders, while its new SATS shares carry a 15% annual dividend.

Following the announcement, Strive shares were down 9.15% at $26.32.
