  • Robinhood Chain recorded a record $6 million in daily fees, driven largely by activity around Pons.
  • Weekly DEX volume reached $12.4 billion, more than double the previous week.
  • Pons generated nearly $6 million in fees in one day, while PONS’s valuation topped $970 million.

Robinhood Chain has recorded a record $6 million in daily fees as trading activity surged across its decentralised exchange ecosystem.

The chain generated about $25 million in fees over seven days, up sharply from $1.4 million previously.

Pons drove much of the increase, generating nearly $6 million in fees on September 3 as activity accelerated.

Weekly decentralised exchange volume reached $12.4 billion, more than double the previous week’s level.

PONS (CRYPTO:PONS) also climbed more than 200% in one week, pushing its valuation above $970 million as trading activity increased.

Robinhood Chain averaged 396,000 daily active accounts during the week, although that figure fell below the previous week’s average.

The surge shows how new token launches and trading activity can rapidly increase fees, but the pace may depend on continued market demand.

At the time of reporting, Pons price was $0.773.
