- Ramp launched Solana-powered stablecoin accounts for business customers.
- The service enables companies to send, receive and hold stablecoins on Solana.
- Ramp said the launch aims to simplify global business payments using blockchain.
Ramp launched business stablecoin accounts powered by Solana (CRYPTO:SOL), allowing companies to send, receive and hold digital dollars.
The launch comes as more businesses explore stablecoins to reduce payment costs and speed up cross-border transactions.
“Businesses need financial infrastructure that matches the speed of the internet,” said Ramp Chief Executive Officer Szymon Sypniewicz.
Ramp said the accounts support multiple stablecoins and provide businesses with blockchain-based payment tools through the Solana network.
The company said the new service expands its business payment offering, while no share price reaction was available because Ramp is privately held.
Ramp has continued expanding its crypto payment services by connecting traditional finance with blockchain-based payment networks.
The launch reflects growing business interest in stablecoins as companies seek faster settlement and lower transaction costs for international payments.
At the time of reporting, Solana price was $78.17.
