Nicki Minaj will speak at the Trump-linked World Liberty Forum on February 18 at Mar-a-Lago, marking her latest public alignment with the Trump family’s expanding crypto ambitions.
The forum is hosted by World Liberty Financial, a decentralised finance initiative co-founded by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump and backed by the family of Donald Trump.
Minaj’s participation follows her recent appearance alongside Trump at a government-linked event in Washington, D.C., where she publicly praised the president and described herself as one of his strongest supporters.
The invitation-only summit at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach is expected to host 300 to 400 executives, investors and policymakers, including Goldman Sachs chief executive David Solomon, Nasdaq chief executive Adena Friedman and Coinbase chief executive Brian Armstrong.
The event reflects Trump’s broader push to position himself as a pro-crypto political figure, with policy signals aimed at supporting digital asset markets and stablecoin infrastructure.
Minaj’s crypto involvement has previously been limited, including a 2021 promotion of the Happy Hippos NFT project during the height of the non-fungible token boom.
