Moscow Exchange has announced the launch of perpetual futures linked to five cryptocurrency indices on September 22.
The contracts will track Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC), Ether (CRYPTO:ETH), Solana (CRYPTO:SOL), XRP (CRYPTO:XRP) and Tron (CRYPTO:TRX).
The contracts will quote prices in US dollars but settle in Russian roubles, without delivering the underlying cryptocurrencies.
Each product will use one-day futures contracts with automatic rollover, providing continuous exposure to its underlying crypto index.
Trading will initially be available only to qualified investors when the contracts launch on the exchange.
Moscow Exchange has reported that more than 72,000 qualified investors have traded its crypto derivatives since their launch in summer 2025.
The exchange has also reported more than 600 billion roubles in total trading volume across those earlier crypto derivatives.
At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $76,431.91.
