
Mantle adds $3.5B Paxos stablecoin

Mantle has launched Paxos’ USDG (CRYPTO:USDG) as a native stablecoin on its Ethereum layer-2 network.
USDG circulation has surpassed $3.5 billion, according to Mantle, as the stablecoin expands across blockchain networks.
“Joining Global Dollar Network and bringing USDG onto Mantle puts us inside a more active economic system,” said Emily Bao, Mantle Key Advisor and Bybit Head of Spot.
Mantle has joined the Global Dollar Network alongside more than 150 other partners, including Kraken and Robinhood.
The network can receive a share of rewards generated by USDG activity through the Global Dollar Network.
Mantle said USDG will support DeFi applications and institutional capital allocation across its ecosystem.
Mantle had $234.2 million in distributed real-world asset value, up 19% over 30 days, according to RWA.xyz data.
