HashKey Group has combined its licensed cryptocurrency exchanges in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and Bermuda into a single trading platform and mobile app.
The company said the unified platform replaces separate regional applications with one interface while continuing to meet local regulatory requirements in each market.
HashKey said users can access the platform through one account, while compliance checks and available products will vary by jurisdiction.
The company said the platform supports spot trading, fiat deposits and withdrawals, and other regulated digital asset services available in each market.
HashKey said the unified platform is designed to simplify future product launches and global expansion while maintaining local compliance requirements.
HashKey has expanded its regulated digital asset business over the past year through new licences, exchange services and institutional products across Asia and the Middle East.
The merger reflects a broader trend among cryptocurrency exchanges to consolidate regional platforms while operating under separate regulatory frameworks.
