H100 Group CEO Eirik Grøttum has bought 407,163 H100 shares through closely associated company Kode Oslo.
The purchases have totalled SEK 621,887, with the latest 405,663 shares bought on September 15.
H100 continues to hold 3,506.4 Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) after completing its Norwegian acquisition on August 10.
Kode Oslo has acquired the shares at an average price of SEK 1.53 each.
Companies closely associated with Grøttum now hold 5,399,464 H100 shares following the disclosed transactions.
The share purchase has been separate from H100's Bitcoin treasury and has not added new Bitcoin to its balance sheet.
H100's August acquisition added 2,455.37 BTC without cash consideration after the company issued 790,534,666 new shares.
The company has continued to report 3,506.4 BTC while pursuing its Bitcoin treasury strategy alongside its health and longevity technology business.
At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $76,685.83.
