Genius Group plans to raise capital for an $827 million Bitcoin treasury and $800 million AI portfolio by 2031.
The company wants total assets to reach $2 billion by fiscal 2031, with other assets making up the balance.
“Every dollar of preferred capital deployed into our Bitcoin and AI Treasury that generates returns above the preferred dividend rate flows directly to our ordinary shareholders’ net asset value,” said CEO Roger James Hamilton.
Genius Group plans to raise $12.5 million initially through non-convertible preferred securities with variable monthly dividends.
The company said proceeds would fund Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC), AI investments and a US dollar reserve covering about 18 months of preferred dividends.
Genius Group sold its remaining Bitcoin holdings earlier in 2026 and plans to restart purchases in the fourth quarter.
The company currently has $106.6 million in net assets and said its shares closed at $0.18 on August 26, giving it a 0.29-times price-to-book ratio.
At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $80,790.83.
