  • Full Sail will wind down after an attacker removed about $91,000 from three vaults.
  • The incident followed a suspected compromise of oracle provider Switchboard’s infrastructure.
  • Full Sail plans to use its remaining liquidity to compensate affected users.

Full Sail, a decentralised finance protocol on the Sui (CRYPTO:SUI) blockchain, will shut down after a security incident.

An attacker removed about $91,000 from three Full Sail vaults during the incident, according to the protocol.

Full Sail said it has disabled new deposits and liquidity provider reward claims while it winds down.

The incident affected Full Sail’s automated vaults after a suspected compromise of Switchboard’s oracle infrastructure.

Switchboard said it was investigating a potential compromise of its Move-based systems and halted its network across several blockchains.

Full Sail said it will use remaining protocol-owned liquidity to compensate users and cover any shortfall itself.

The protocol expects to publish withdrawal and claim instructions within the coming days, while regular pools will move to withdrawal-only mode.

At the time of reporting, Sui price was $0.7554.
