Evernorth has launched a Japanese-language channel as it expands its focus on XRP (CRYPTO:XRP) in Japan.

The company said the channel will provide market updates and educational content but will not discuss XRP prices.

Evernorth has not announced a Japanese office, licence, partnership or investment linked to the new channel.

The company plans to list on Nasdaq through a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II under the ticker XRPN if the deal closes.

Evernorth said it has more than US$1 billion in committed capital to build an XRP treasury, but the merger still requires regulatory and shareholder approval.

Japan remains a major XRP market through SBI Holdings and Ripple, although Evernorth has not announced new local business operations.

At the time of reporting, XRP price was $1.08.
