Dogecoin Labs brings key ecosystem apps under one roof

  • Dogecoin Labs is bringing MyDoge, DogeOS and Such App together under a unified initiative.
  • The move connects several products focused on expanding Dogecoin’s use across consumer applications and blockchain services.
  • The initiative aims to coordinate product development and support broader growth across the Dogecoin ecosystem.

Dogecoin Labs will own and operate MyDoge, DogeOS and Such App, consolidating products, intellectual property and development teams.

The initiative follows MyDoge V3’s rollout and DogeOS’s public testnet launch, connecting consumer access with application development.

“We formed Dogecoin Labs to change that, bringing Dogecoin's top builders together in one organization,” Dogecoin Labs CEO Jordan Jefferson said in a statement.

MyDoge has attracted more than 500,000 users without paid acquisition, giving developers access to an established Dogecoin audience.

DogeOS launched its public testnet on 30 September, providing developers with an EVM-compatible environment to build and test applications.

The Dogecoin Foundation will retain responsibility for ecosystem stewardship, open-source development support, advocacy and community engagement under the partnership.

Such App adds merchant payment tools, including invoicing and in-person QR payments, while planned DogeOS integration aims to connect businesses with consumers and developers.

Following the update, Dogecoin (DOGE) was trading up 0.3% at $0.08199.
